Job Description
Charles River Medical Associates was formed in 1995 to serve the Metro West Community. We are a group of physicians (internists pediatricians and specialists) committed to providing the highest quality of care. We believe that quality health care starts with a personal physician who will coordinate all of the patients health needs.
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team of internists in our Natick office. This is a 30 hour per week position with the potential to increase to 40 hours. Excellent compensation package with retirement plan.
Qualification:
Authorized to practice in the expanded role of a Nurse Practitioner by the Board of Registration in Nursing for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Minimum of 5 years relevant NP/PA experience in primary care required
Valid prescriptive authority from both the MA PHDCP and Federal DEA
Excellent interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills in order to collaborate with patients families physicians and staff
Skills and knowledge base necessary for independent clinical decision making.
