Job Description:
Knowledge and Experience:
- MBA or equivalent with a strong understanding of fundamental marketing concepts (e.g. positioning pricing strategy branding product management).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and billing software such as MS Retail.
- Knowledge of architectural hardware particularly in the retail market.
- Basic understanding of tax regulations.
- Proficiency in English (CEFRLevel B2.
Managerial and Coordination Requirements:
- Collaborate closely with Sales Manager Distribution to achieve sales targets in the assigned geography.
- Build strong customer relationships focusing on not only sales but also on aligning with market demands to build an enterprise.
- Understand the needs and requirements of the assigned geography particularly franchiseewise including pricing structures and product portfolio demand trends.
- Support branding initiatives marketing campaigns and customer communication to sustain the brand image within the allocated budget.
- Identify and support the enterprise needs of Value Added Resellers ensuring consistent performance.
- Coordinate internally to prevent cannibalization between channels.
Responsibilities for Business Results:
- Monitor the performance of assigned Licensees in terms of primary and secondary sales comparing targets to achievements year over year.
- Achieve targets for adding new Value Added Resellers.
- Implement and achieve training and development plans for Sales executives.
- Ensure forecast accuracy.
- Convert Value Added Resellers from competition to DORMA fold.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel Sales within the Building Material Industry.
CTC: Up to 7 LPA
