GENERAL SUMMARY/OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
The Division of Womens Health at Brigham and Womens Hospital is seeking an individual who has prior quantitative training to assist in analyses of ongoing research of uptake of antiretroviral treatment in South Africa. This position is for 510 hours per week and is flexible.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Run basic analyses of quantitative data (bivariate and multivariate models)
2. Assist in data presentation for manuscripts (e.g. Table generation)
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BA/BS required PhD degree preferred with strong statistical background
2. Experience with scale validation and psychosocial measures in South Africa
3. At least 1 year of previous research experience; prior experience with manuscript preparation preferred
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
1. Must have skills in statistical software
2. Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
3. Ability to work independently and in team settings
4. Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
