Job Description

BA/BS required
Under the guidance of the Identity Management Team Lead the incumbent will develop reports and build the reporting environment with a vendor create provisioning and approval workflows and specifications and customizations of the user interfaces to the Identity Management environment. This person should be proficient in BI Publisher SQL web page customizations and TFS Team Foundation Server for QA testing. The incumbent will provide technical support for Directory Services monitoring transactions/batches auditing data troubleshooting and providing offhours support as needed.
BA/BS required
34 years experience on a development and support team preferably in a health IT environment
Proficiency in Reporting development tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence Development Studio and SQL reporting SAP etc.
Testing experience required.
Prior experience with software life cycle development systems like Microsoft Team Foundation Server a plus.
Experience requirements gathering creating and maintaining technical documentation developing functional specifications testing and writing test scripts.
Strong understanding of security concerns process management service delivery (ITIL) and audit & compliance standards.

Office with some travel in the greater Boston and suburban area

General Overview/Summary
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Develop reports and analytics for PHS leadership and management using the Oracle Business Intelligence platform in SQL.
Setup/review daily batch processing schedules for the Identity Management System.
Monitor daily automated audit emails and act to correct problems as needed. Requirements gathering solicitation with End Users. Document requirements in TFS.
Coordination and data analysis with developers to write extracts and other tasks.
Perform ad hoc and integration testing using Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
Create and maintain documentation on access/approval workflows data load and other processing tasks and Enterprise Directory schema.
Assist in auditing tasks to ensure data integrity and other Systems Analyst type tasks.
