Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas

Assist surveyors with surveys of subdivisions condominiums development permit applications and real property reports

Assist surveyors on construction survey layout of building foundations

Assist surveyors with survey facilities layouts piles and grading

Assist trades persons such as carpenters bricklayers cement finishers roofers and glaziers in construction activities

Level earth to finegrade specifications using a rake and shovel

Assist in using prying bars and other tools and sort clean

Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes shovels wheelbarrows and other equipment

Operate hammer drill as directed

Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Follow safety protocol

Perform other activities at construction sites as directed.

Job Requirements:

5 years of experience in working on industrial and commercial construction sites.

Must have experience in assisting surveyors.

Willing and able to travel out of town when the need arises

Work is outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions

Experience working on industrial and commercial construction sites

Experience in assisting with construction survey layout

Work in various locations

Requirements

A valid drivers license is required.
Aged 18 years and older.
Baccalaureate.
Ability to do manual labor and other heavy work.
Allweather performance. Workers must be punctual and reliable.
Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.

40 hours per week
Day Evening Shift Overtime Morning

Salary: $23.00 $30.26per hour

Required Years of Experience: 1 year to 2 years
