As our Community Manager you will drive the sustainable expansion of a community while fostering meaningful engagement and satisfaction among its members. This requires a combination ofstrategic thinkingcreativity analytical skills and adeep understanding of the target audience and community dynamics.

What youll be doing
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members through various channels such as social media forums events and inperson meetings. This involves responding to inquiries addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content tailored to the interests and needs of the community. This might include writing blog posts creatingsocialmedia updates designing graphics or producing videos.
- Reporting: Track relevant metrics andanalyzedata to measure the effectiveness of community engagement efforts. Generate regular reports outlining key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate community events meetups workshops or webinarstofacilitateconnections among community members and promote the organizations goals or initiatives.
- SwagstoreManagement: Responsible for managing all aspects of the swag store including inventory management product selection marketing campaigns customer service andfulfilmentto ensure a seamless and engaging experience for customers that make the hackersactually wantto wear/use our cool items.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from community members to understand their needs preferencesand concerns. Relay this information to relevant internal stakeholders to inform decisionmaking andimprove services and programs.
- Moderation: Monitorcommunity discussions and interactions to ensure they align with the organizationsguidelines and standards. Address any inappropriatebehavioror conflicts ina timelyand respectful manner.
- Networking: Build relationships with key stakeholders influencers and partners within the community to enhance collaboration opportunities and expand the organizations reach and impact.
What youll bring
- Has experience in Cyber Security/IT/Tech Community by working close with the users of the platform.
- Has worked in the past as aSocialMedia Manger/Community Manager/MarketingGrowth Associate/Community Growth Associate.
- Strong experience working with Marketing and Designer Teams.
- Excellent Skills in written and spoken English.
- Excellent Skills inSocial MediaManagement: Content Creation Copy Writing Replying engaging people understanding trends and translating them to our audience required to manage the Intigriti social accounts.
- Worked on creating engaging meetups with clear goals and ROI.
- Strong proficiency in KPI reporting including trackinganalyzing and interpreting key performance metrics.
- Experience with Power BI and automating KPI reporting to drive datainformed decisionmaking and operational efficiency.
- Project management skills & familiar with Asana/Trello or similar tools.
- StrongExperiencewith Discord Management.
- Content Writing for Blogs/Articles/Knowledge base.
- Excellent GSuite / Office Experience.
- Team Player.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
