Established Primary Care clinic is looking to hire a Internal Medicine Physician in New Haven Connecticut!

Your Role with the Group:Internal Medicine Physician
- Location: New Haven CT
- Outpatient Primary Care
- Develops a plan of care for each patient including medical history physical examination diagnosis and appropriate treatment and/or referral including hospitalization if necessary
- Uses all available resources in diagnosis and treatment such as laboratory and others tests in an appropriate and cost efficient manner
- Refers those cases which require specialist services but maintains primary care responsibility to assure continuity of care
- Very Light Call Call via phone 1 week every 23 Months. 90 of calls Screened by Nursing Service Line.
- Cover 1 Saturday 8:30am 12:30pm every 3 Months
- 4 Day Work Week Available 4x10hrs)
Background Profile: Internal Medicine Physician
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine
- Ability to have a Connecticut State Medical License
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
- Experience with FQHC or Community based medicine a plus
- Open to H1B and J1 Visa Sponsorship
