Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing Functions: Assist in the development and of comprehensive marketing campaigns encompassing digital social media email and content marketing initiatives.
- CRM Management: Aid in managing and updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and current customer information.
- Brand Management: Help maintain and enhance our brand identity across all channels and customer touchpoints ensuring consistency and quality.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms including blogs social media email newsletters and website updates reflecting the luxury and elegance of our brand.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends competitor activities and opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborative Projects: Work crossfunctionally with other departments such as sales product development and customer service to support integrated marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Graduate with a degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
