Job Description
The ideal candidate for this contract position is someone who works well as a team in collaboration to provide the best pediatric therapy experience for our patients and their families.This position is to perform OT evaluations at a contracted rate in our Oklahoma City locations.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Oklahoma State License or ability to obtain
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Experience with and/or knowledge of the pediatric population
- THE ABILITY TO SPEAK SPANISH IS NOT REQUIRED
- Perform evaluations create and follow plan of care for patients
- Perform documentation of services meeting clinical expectations and payer regulations
- $150 per evaluation
- Flexible scheduling Monday Friday
