What you will be responsible for:

As an FP&A Associate at Aro Homes you will play a critical role in driving datadriven decisionmaking and shaping our financial future. This role involves forecasting analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights to enhance performance across the business. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a passion for sustainability innovation and numbers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisionmaking.
• Analyze financial performance identify trends and provide insights to improve operational and financial outcomes.
• Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams (e.g. operations procurement and acquisitions/sales) to provide financial insights and decision support.
• Monitor cash flow working capital and resource allocation to ensure optimal financial health.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and provide recommendations to address business challenges or opportunities.
• Assist in implementing and improving financial systems tools and processes to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead implementation of FP&A software. (Vena an excel based planning tool)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in financial planning and analysis investment banking consulting or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel financial modeling and data analysis tools; experience with ERP systems or financial software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Selfstarter with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in Aro Homes mission.
