Summary of Job Duties:
Instructor needed to teach WAGE (Workforce Alliance for Growth in the Economy) at Brickeys Prison in Lee County. The instructor would offer workforce preparation classes using a statewide Adult Ed curriculum arranged in the Canvas learning management system. The classes would be taught 3 days a week: Monday Wednesday and Friday 9 am 12 noon.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and a current Arkansas Department of Education teachers license required. Three 3 years teaching experience preferred.A Masters Degree in a related field may be substituted for teacher licensure with the understanding certification in Adult Education must be obtained within three 3 years of the hire date.
