Overview
Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking a two fulltime Pediatricians to join our thriving wellestablished pediatric practices. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of highly experienced Pediatricians and Nurse Practitioners in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
As a Primary Care Physician you will:
- Preform wellness and health exams and other preventative screenings
- Review prescription medicines
- Review lab results
- Treat illness and injuries
- Treat chronic conditions such as diabetes asthma high blood pressure chronic pain depression anxiety and high cholesterol
- Refer to specialty care as needed
