Job Description

EvenUp is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to manage our Sales Operations Marketing Operations and Customer Success Operations functions and empower all our GotoMarket teams to achieve their ambitious goals. This role will own and manage the GTM tech stack surface critical metrics across our prospect and customer journeys set rules of engagement for our GTM teams and optimize all aspects of our revenuegenerating process. This is the perfect role for a datadriven leader who thrives in a hypergrowth environment at one of the fastestgrowing tech companies today and is excited by partnering with leaders across our GTM functions.

What youll do:

  • Collaborate with GTM leadership on the most critical process resource and tooling needs

  • Use data to unearth and optimize all aspects of our customer lifecycle from lead generation through retention and renewal

  • Own GotoMarket reporting sharing critical conversion attainment and ROI metrics to guide strategic decisionmaking

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models providing insights to executive leadership on sales pipeline generation and churn

  • Set rules of engagement across the Sales team with clear responsibilities and opportunity ownership

  • Own the commission structure across sales and customer success aligning compensation incentives with business objectives

  • Own and optimize the sales technology stack including CRM marketing automation and sales and customer engagement tools

  • Grow and shape the Revenue Operations function to provide the analytic and tooling capabilities to support business objections


What we look for:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in Revenue Operations Sales Operations Marketing Operations or a related function

  • Strong analytic skills with experience in shipping Marketing and Sales reporting in common BI tools

  • Ability to translate data and metrics into actionable insights that guide decisions

  • Understanding of CRM capabilities and modern Revenue Operations tools

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency

  • Experience managing and growing a Revenue Operations Team

  • Comfort and desire to operate at ground level and getting into the weeds with the team when needed

  • Ability to deliver results in a fastpaced startup environment

  • Excellent stakeholder support and management with the ability to balance multiple and competing asks for time and resources

  • Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively while keeping the needs of the whole business in mind
