The Resource Management Coordinator with the Office of Transformation is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the allocation and utilization of IT resources across various projects. This includes monitoring resource availability skill sets and capacity and collaborating with project managers and team leaders to forecast needs and address constraints. The role involves maintaining an updated inventory of IT resources providing regular reports and analysis on utilization and ensuring adherence to workflows through training. Additionally the Resource Management Coordinator works with the Project Management Office and the ServiceNow delivery team to configure and support the ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management platform develop and maintain related dashboards and reports and provide training and support to endusers. The role also includes troubleshooting and resolving issues with PPM configurations and staying updated on the latest features to recommend improvements.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problemsolving.

  • Associate degree in related field .
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) .
  • One 1 or more years of strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights .
  • Minimum of three 3 years of experience in IT resource management and project portfolio management preferred.
  • Five 5 or more years of experience with project management methodologies and tools .
  • Seven 7 or more years of project related experience .
  • Proven expertise in managing workflows within the ServiceNow platform strongly preferred.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
