Position Title: Visual Arts Exhibit Lead Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour Position Purpose: Assists the Exhibit Supervisor with all aspects of the Visual Arts program including entries generating computer reports installation and teardown of exhibits and coordination with featured exhibitor groups. This is a seasonal/temporary position not to exceed 122 days. Essential Functions: - Monitors competitive entries during the entry process.
- Generates reports on a daily basis using ShoWorks and FairJudge software.
- Coordinates schedules and assists Visual Arts demonstrators groups and presenters.
- Provides Event Coordinator with assistance during the judging process.

- Assists volunteer Visual Arts demonstrators with setup.
- Participates in the teardown and storage of Visual Arts exhibits.
- Assists in returning Visual Arts entries to the public at the end of the event.
Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid CA drivers license required.
- Must have competency in using Microsoft Office software including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in competitive exhibitions and display
- Excellent organizational skills a must.
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills are musts.
- Must have the ability to guide others in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the various Visual Arts media required.
- Ability to work outside the normal business day/week as demanded by events and programs.
- Ability to safely lift objects of up to 50 lbs.
Preferences: - Previous experience with ShoWorks and FairJudge software highly preferred.
