Otolaryngologist (ENT) 4 days Open Salary Plus Bonuses

North AndoverMassachusetts

New Grads Welcome!

We are seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our group on a fulltime permanent basis. The practiceis a group of Board Certified ENTs who offer comprehensive specialized care in the field of ear nose and throat disorders in all age groups ranging from infants to senior citizens. They offer state of the art diagnostic and treatment procedures in a wide range of services including sinus allergy hearing balance voice swallowing pediatric thyroid and parathyroid disorders as well as cancers of the head and neck. They also provide the full range of Facial Plastics from aesthetic and reconstructive surgery to nonsurgical treatments such as injectables and laser treatments.

Compensation and Benefits

Open base salary plus yearly bonuses
Healthcare benefits and 401k with matching
5 weeks PTO to start
Licensing fee and CME assistance
Malpractice insurance covered
Partnership eligibility option after 2 years
Full support staff

Schedule

MonFri 7:30am to 5:30pm (flexible work week)

1 day off during the week
Very low call 1:7

Requirements

An active Massachusetts medical license or willing to obtain
BC inOtolaryngology
