Your Role as a Maintenance Technician:
As a Maintenance Technician atRISE Viera youll play a crucial role in ensuring our community remains in top condition. Youll be responsible for troubleshooting repairs preventative maintenance and responding promptly to resident requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Maintenance & Repairs Troubleshoot and repair HVAC plumbing electrical systems appliances and general carpentry.
- Conduct Inspections Regularly inspect apartments common areas and building systems to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond to Resident Requests Deliver excellent service by addressing maintenance issues quickly and effectively.
- Unit Turnovers Prepare vacant units for new residents including painting repairs and cleaning.
- Maintain Workspaces Keep the maintenance shop organized stocked and in good condition.
- Adhere to Safety Guidelines Follow company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
What You Bring:
- Experience:Prior maintenance or facilities experience required.
- Skills:Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical systems carpentry and general maintenance.
- ProblemSolving Abilities:Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Customer Service Mindset:Friendly professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members.
- Reliability:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Transportation:Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Location:Must live within 30 minutes ofRISE Viera.
