The Parts Order Entry Clerk performs clerical duties in conjunction with the order entry team.
- Process appropriate paperwork
- Maintain Technical support call log and filing system.
- Perform general office duties including emails copying and filing.
- Reroute calls to appropriate technical support employee.
- Take messages during peak season.
- Handle customer part request from quoting to order entry.
- Prior clerical experience preferred.
- Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)
- Analytical problem solving
- Data entry
- Excellent computer skills are required.
- Excellent written and oral communication; including spelling and grammar.
- Strong background with use of Microsoft Word Excel and other associated software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Requires bending stooping and standing.
- Must be able to stand from six 6 to eight 8 hours per day. (Overtime may extend the time period.
- Good visual and spatial perception.
- Follow establishedsafety policies including but not limited to mobile equipment PPE emergency response HAZCOM firstaid response etc.
