About the Role:
Jobs Kariera Group Recruitment Services are seeking a Freelance Recruiter who will be part of the Kariera Group Recruitment Services team for the German market and their main duties will be in regard to the endtoend recruitment for our German clients our clients in the Multilingual jobs field as well as internally for Kariera Germany GmbH.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening candidates
Recruiting for professionals of all levels
Interviewing and assessing prospective candidates and matching them with vacancies in
clientcompanies
Drawing up shortlists
Getting to know how client companies operate and understanding their general culture
Counselling candidates for their interview with the company
Counseling clients on various recruitment topics and stakeholder management
Maintaining the candidates database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates
Publishing job posts
Finding additional advertising resources (Job Branding direct emails etc)
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment experience in massrecruitment would be considered a plus
Experience in active sourcing and the use of different platforms for recruitment
Experience in leading interviews and doing evaluations
Good English and German both written and spoken
A strong sense of initiative and good time management
Strong stakeholder management skills
Selfmotivation and to work independently
Teamplayer
Willing to learn and develop themself
