Location: Kent
Start Date: April 2025
Role: FullTime Teaching Assistant 32.5 hours per week)

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a FullTime Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at a Primary School in Kent starting in April 2025. This is a fulltime role offering the chance to work closely with classroom teachers to support the learning and development of students across various age groups.

About the Role:

As a FullTime Teaching Assistant you will assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons providing oneonone or small group support and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will also support students in developing their academic social and emotional skills ensuring they reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects

Provide oneonone or small group support to students with diverse learning needs

Contribute to creating a positive inclusive learning environment for all students

Support the development of students social emotional and academic skills

Help monitor and assess student progress

Maintain a safe organized and welcoming classroom environment

    Key Requirements:

    Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (preferred but not essential)

    Passionate about working with children and supporting their individual learning needs

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Patient proactive and flexible

    Ability to work effectively as part of a team

    Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting student development

    Experience working with children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) is a plus
