DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and maintain equipment such as encoders scanners and desktop systems using monitoring tools and logs to ensure highquality service. Handle incoming IT support requests to maintain critical infrastructure including modules access points and network switches.
- Work with crossfunctional teams including development audiovisual security and IT to test new applications ensuring network functionality and smooth integration across the organization.
- Ensure encoders and media servers are operational resolving any technical issues to ensure smooth performance during live events or broadcasts.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify and resolve technical issues quickly troubleshoot equipment and implement necessary replacements.
- Manage user workstations configurations and internal procedures. Address and resolve IT incidents within set timelines to ensure service continuity.
- Oversee IT inventory track equipment conduct audits and liaise with external suppliers to address IT issues minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Improve IT infrastructure to meet company needs provide ongoing maintenance and ensure data security and confidentiality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting hardware and software in a technical setting.
- Strong skills in supporting and troubleshooting operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux with experience in user and system management tools (e.g. Active Directory).
- Proficient in installing configuring and resolving issues with hardware and software systems.
- Experience with network management ensuring stable connectivity across various devices.
- Able to work effectively in a teamoriented environment collaborating across multiple departments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities with a proactive approach to addressing technical issues.
- IT support networking or operating system certifications are a plus.
- Experience with streaming and broadcasting equipment is advantageous.
