Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
Facilitator for an agile team. Educate a team in Scrum Extreme Programming (XP) Kanban or any other agile methods selected ensuring that the agreed way of working is being followed. Help to remove hinders and foster a highperforming team environment enabling continuous flow learning and improvement.
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
Thermal Knowledge: Thermal Management experience is preferred.
Agile and Scrum Expertise: Deep understanding of Scrum Agile principles and SAFe framework. Ability to coach teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of agile metrics and reporting (velocity burndown charts etc)
KPIs: Define and implement meaningful KPIs that provide clear highquality insights into our performance with a focus on delivery precision milestone tracking and delivery maturity.
Facilitation and Coaching: Facilitation skills for ceremonies and ability to coach teams to improve the daytoday way of working.
Problem Solving and Adaptability: Good ability to adapt Scrum and Agile principles into our reality. Proactively identifies and removes impediments.
Preferred Background:
Agile and Scrum (must have): Previous Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer experience. Hands on experience with Agile Tools.
Technical Background (nice to have): Experience in software and hardware development is preferred.
Leadership: Previous roles in project management product ownership or team leadership is preferred.
Change Management and Coaching: Experience leading agile transformation or process improvements. Scrum Master certification can be a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Experience working in largescale agile organizations or multiteam environments.
