ROLE
The QA Manager is responsible for developing implementing and maintaining the organizations Quality Assurance (QA) systems and processes. This role ensures that all products processes and services meet the highest quality standards regulatory requirements and customer expectations. The QA Manager will lead the QA team and collaborate with crossfunctional departments to drive continuous improvement and quality excellence. The QA Manager serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external quality audits and plays a pivotal role in building a culture of quality throughout the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
1.Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight:
Develop implement and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001.
Regularly review and update quality policies procedures and documentation.
Lead internal and external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
2.Quality Control and Assurance:
Oversee the inspection and testing processes for products services and materials.
Ensure all quality control activities meet predefined criteria and customer specifications.
Investigate nonconformance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
3.Process Improvement and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Work with crossfunctional teams to implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report findings to management.
4.Leadership and Team Management:
Manage mentor and develop the QA team fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
Set clear objectives performance metrics and professional development plans for team members.
Promote a culture of accountability and continuous learning within the team.
5.Regulatory and Compliance Management:
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations industry standards and certifications.
Stay updated on changes in quality and safety regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies and clients during qualityrelated reviews or inspections.
6.Supplier Quality Management:
Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance to ensure adherence to requirements.
Conduct supplier audits and collaborate with procurement teams to address quality issues.
Develop strategies to enhance supplier quality and strengthen partnerships.
7.Risk Management:
Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality incidents and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with risk management teams to align quality objectives with overall organizational goals.
