About the role
Odevo is experiencing rapid growth and to enhance our shared People & Performance initiatives we are seeking a Group People Analytics Specialist to lead the Groups ways of working with people data and reporting across markets and companies. In this role youll be responsible for enhancing the employee experience by designing and optimizing HRIS systems and annual people processes. Youll create the conditions necessary for insightful company decisions leveraging strategic people data to drive success.

You will report to the Group Chief People Officer and collaborate closely with the Group People & Performance team as well as the local market functions and operating companies within the group.

Examples of areas of responsibilities include:

  • Create and manage People KPI dashboards to visualize impactful data and enable informed decisionmaking. Conduct indepth analysis of key people metrics to uncover trends and insights helping drive strategic decisions. Streamline processes for monthly quarterly and HR reporting to enhance efficiency across the Group.
  • Lead projects to enhance the utilization of people data and improve company insights while staying updated on the latest trends in people analytics AI and automation.
  • Serve as a super user for the HRIS Sympa. Develop the system environment and drive optimization to meet organizational needs.
  • Act on various HR inquiries from the organization related to compensation and benefits HRIS and HR compliance.
  • Manage and optimize processes related to compensation and benefits employee surveys and performance management metrics as well as oversee bonus schemes and collaborate with finance for bonus payouts. Collaborate with People Partners and Payroll on salary reviews and pay equity analyses salary benchmarks
  • Design structures for compliance and ESG reporting across the Group. Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to data minimization principles in all data handling processes.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in People Analytics People Operations and Compensation & Benefits. Ideally you have gained experience from various companies bringing a wellrounded perspective on what good looks like within the field.
  • A university degree preferably in HR or Business.
  • Experience working in international contexts and/or matrix organizations from which you bring the ability to engage stakeholders and incorporate feedback across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • A solid understanding of data analysis and data management along with the ability to effectively visualize complex information.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with preferred experience in business analytics tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar.
