Job Description

Asset Manager

San Pablo CA $95000$110000 Direct FullTime Hybrid Real Estate/Housing

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Asset Manager position is hybrid and will report to upper management. Responsibilities include working closely with the development and property management teams to monitor portfolio finances and operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Accurately assess the financial performance of the properties in the portfolio
  • Monitor and develop cash flow projections capital plans on properties and reserve accounts
  • Properly monitor project performance to proforma as needed
  • Develop a longterm debt plan to include amortization of debt and refinancing
  • Accurately analyze proposed partnership agreement terms to assist with the development of new affiliate corporations
  • Other duties as needed

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Real Estate or related field
  • 5 years of experience in asset management required
  • Experience with Section 8 or HUD programs required
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Excel (mid to highlevel)
