Global Track Warehouse is seeking an entrylevel Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on business development marketing activities and product management. As a key representative of our company you will actively engage clients and foster longlasting relationships.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing: Lead sales initiatives and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and facilitate growth.
- Client Engagement: Identify potential business opportunities create persuasive proposals and participate in client meetings and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Industry Insights: Monitor market trends competitor activities and growth opportunities.
- Operational Analysis: Evaluate operational processes business workflows and product lines to identify efficiencies and areas for performance improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German and English; French proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field (recent graduates preferred).
- Some travel may be required.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational time management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate effectively within teams.
