Your Role & Mission We are seeking a motivated detailoriented and proactive talent to join our Customer Experience Team. In this role you will help improve how we communicate with customers and ensure they get the most out of our platform. This includes setting up chatbots and support tools analyzing customer data to identify trends and assisting with processes that make our customer experience and sales operations more efficient. This is a great opportunity to gain handson experience in customer support automation data analysis and process improvements all while working on real projects that have a direct impact on our customers.

Tasks
- Customer Strategy & Process Improvement Analyze customer interactions identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements to enhance support quality and operational efficiency
- Customer Support Tools & Automation Set up and improve chatbot workflows in Intercom to handle common customer questions automatically making support faster and more efficient.
- Data Management Collect review and organize customer feedback and support data to ensure accuracy and improve customer insights
- Reporting & Analysis Help track and structure historical customer support data assist in preparing reports related to CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) and identify key trends or insights
- Content & Documentation Create and update helpful customer guides FAQs and automated feedback forms to improve communication and user experience
- CX & Sales Operations Assist in improving internal processes streamlining customer interactions and supporting sales teams with relevant insights and materials
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a German university with a focus on Business Administration Data Science Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience or strong interest in consulting customer operations sales operations or data management
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities ensuring deadlines are met efficiently
- A proactive problemsolver with a strong analytical mindset able to approach tasks with structure and focus on delivering solutions
- Comfortable working in a diverse hybrid team with the adaptability to navigate changing priorities and new challenges
- Passionate about business sustainability carbon emissions and decarbonization management in alignment with Carbmees mission and vision
- Excellent business English; additional languages are a plus
- Excited to work in an international environment from our Munich office
