We have revolutionised the invisible orthodontic sector with the best team of professionals specialised in making people smile and using the latest technology for the diagnosis treatment and followup of all cases.
Were looking for a Retail Operations Support International Scope to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of our European clinics.
This position will focus on auditing facilities overseeing the maintenance of medical and infrastructure equipment and implementing corrective and preventive action plans. Additionally it will focus on optimizing costs and managing supplier relationships to maintain the highest standards across our clinics.
What Youll Do
- Audit European Clinics 25: Visit clinics to assess cleanliness general state of the facilities condition of medical equipment stock inventory material expiry dates and revision dates.
- Action Plan Development & Implementation 10: Based on audit findings collaborate with
- various teams (Capex clinic consumables) to create and implement action plans that address any identified issues.
- Curative Maintenance 50: Prioritize clinic maintenance requests search for suppliers negotiate prices and implement corrective actions. Maintain and expand a validated list of suppliers for repairs.
- Preventive Maintenance 10: Work with the Senior Procurement Manager to design and implement a preventive maintenance calendar for clinics and medical equipment.
- Cost Monitoring 5: Build and manage a database of yearly expenditure by clinic and location analyzing costs and deviations.
What Youll Bring
- 3 years in project management maintenance experience not required.
- 23 years of relevant studies (operations management etc..
- Availability to travel around Europe.
- Experience in European project management budgeting and analytics.
- Experience in Auditing supplier management and cost analysis.
- Fluent in Spanish and English other languages a plus.
