Tasks
- Define manage and prioritize the product backlog ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams (design development QA marketing) to deliver outstanding product features and improvements.
- Own the product roadmap constantly refining and updating it based on business needs user feedback and market trends.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories.
- Lead sprint planning reviews and retrospectives in close coordination with Scrum Masters and development teams.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer ensuring that the user is at the heart of every decision.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
Requirements
- 34 years of experience as a Product Owner in digital environments (preferably in ecommerce gaming or related sectors).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Proven experience managing backlogs roadmaps and working with development teams to deliver highquality digital products.
- Excellent skills in task prioritization requirement definition and stakeholder communication.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user behavior to drive product decisions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
