You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an HR Administrator with a passion for people operations and a strong ability to manage HR processes efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Managing HR documentation in information systems such as HiBob/1C ZUP (processing hiring transfers terminations leaves etc..
Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of data in the HiBob system.
Working with accounting systems 1C and 1C ZUP. Inputting and updating employee information.
Generate HR documents in 1C ZUP. Participating in the development and implementation of HR procedures and policies.
Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience in HR administration.
Proficiency in working with 1C and 1C ZUP (mandatory).
Paying high attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of information.
Strong organizational skills responsibility and teamwork abilities.
At least an Intermediate level of English
Native Ukrainian is required
Nice to have:
Experience with HR management systems (HiBob is a plus) and strong knowledge of Excel
