Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Check with front desk for special assignments.
Assist with program signup/checkin.
Check I.D.s when necessary or when working in lounge.
Observe bowlers area game room lounge and snack bar areas.
Observe restrooms.
Continually observe all customers to ensure proper use of facilities and/or on lanes to ensure lawful consumption of alcohol.
When necessary contact center management or outside law enforcement authorities to handle serious or potentially volatile situations.
Check all doors during programs. Make sure they are properly secured and accessible.
As necessary check parking lot/outside of building for loiterers.
Assist with program setup and cleanup.
Continually observe and assist with facility/grounds safety and cleanliness.
Complete special assignments.
Protect the business property staff and the environment by keeping the location secure.
Apprehend trespassers and remove people who violate the rules of the location they secure.
Report any suspicious incidences to management in detail.
Act in a lawful manner while in defense of the property staff and environment they are in charge of.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business building and perimeter.
Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol strict access control monitoring and equipment control
Be visible and observant at all times greeting staff guests and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner
Respond immediately to distress calls panic alarms and emergency calls for disorderly conduct disruptive persons and incidents swiftly and appropriately
Maintain the companys reputation with professionalism and legal compliance
Collaborate with other security officers and uniformed police for effective protection and coverage
