The Opportunity
- Manage landscape enhancement projects from $5k$50k with a total portfolio of $2mm$3mm.
- Design & estimate projects secure contracts and lead crews to deliver exceptional results.
- Track budgets timelines and quality standards ensuring timely and profitable project completion.
- Drive sales growth to expand the enhancement division.
- Manage all project administration through Aspire.
You Are:
- An experienced enhancement professional 3 years) with proven estimating skills.
- A strong communicator skilled at client interaction and crew leadership.
- Designsavvy organized and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Handson with a commitment to quality and safety in the field.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70k$80k (commensurate with experience)
