Job Description
Join a dynamic and skilled agile team as an Associate Project Manager at Momentus Technologies. In this role youll contribute to the design development deployment and support of customer onboarding projects while gaining exposure to a broad range of services and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects using the Momentus Technologies Project Management Methodology from kickoff through successful launch and deployment
- Own key project phases including Initiation Kickoff Discovery Design Build Training Testing Launch and PostLaunch keeping track of outcomes to determine when a change in approach is necessary
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans; track progress and provide regular accurate and timely updates demonstrating a strong drive to achieve meaningful results
- Collaborate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings working to clarify situations where information instructions or objectives are ambiguous
- Ensure ontime onbudget and inscope project delivery; manage scope changes and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain thorough clear and organized project documentation reports and other written information
- Apply established processes to manage all aspects of project acting quickly to address difficult challenges immediately and headon
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders providing guidance and ensuring engagement and motivation.
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers and internal project teams leading with curiosity to probe and draw out richer input from others
- Support and facilitate meetings across the entire project life cycle.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required.
- Proven experience in SaaS Project Management.
- At least 2 years in a billable role with utilization targets.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
- Experience with software integration projects preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical and adaptable with a problemsolving mindset.
- Highly focused on customer satisfaction quality and outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong command of English.
- PMP or similar certifications are a plus but not required.
