Job Description
- Requirements analysis design and implementation of the SAP modules Service and Field Service including concept development and customizing
- Ensuring the daily operation and stability of the SAP applications in the respective modules
- Ongoing analysis support optimization further development and documentation of business processes in close collaboration with the Service and Repair departments
- Management planning coordination and implementation of application development within national and international projects
- Support consulting and training of SAP key users
- Supervision of interfaces to external subsystems such as CRM
- Planning and coordination of external service providers
Qualifications :
- Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in leading and implementing projects in the SAP environment ideally in the manufacturing industry particularly in mechanical engineering
- Passion for modeling and optimizing sales and service processes
- Initial experience with SAP Service SAP Field Service Management SAP Customer Service and SAP Sales & Distribution is an advantage
- Analytical thinking conceptual strength as well as a teamoriented and resultsdriven working style
- High willingness to learn service orientation assertiveness and willingness to travel
- Good command of German and English both written and spoken
