You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailManage and coordinate the manufacturing engineering function and all facility management activities of the plant
Ensure the achievement of manufacturing engineering & facility managment targets according to internal and external customer expectations
Ensure the availability of the facilities in the plant area and the plant buildings according to legal and plant regulations.
Ensure and monitor the technical condition of the plant construction area the buildings locker and sanitary rooms parking space fire fighting system and facilities.
Perform or ensure TPM for the facilities according to the TPM plan.
Ensure the availability of spare parts for preventive maintenance or for critical components (long procurement time no backups).
After maintenance work need to deal with the dirty oil cloth and wasted oil according to the similar rules and so on.
Maintain the locking system in the plant area.
Do the daily facilities inspection and TPM job. Repair the facility equipments if there is a malfunction with the equipments; Call the supplier support if it is necessary.
Planning and controlling of the cost centre budget
Special equipment calibration validation externally
Plant equipment installation relocation setup work
Ensure the technical availability of equipment for production
Ensure the installation of new equipment according to the specification of the equipment supplier and the instructions of the BU Industrial Engineering
Provide necessary technical electrical and programming support to the plant troubleshooting when needed
Coordination with the other aspect maintenance employees and worldwide range for machine status
Ensure the promotion of ideas for improvement and put them into practice
Coordinate project progress lead special project if necessary sometime
Supervision and mentoring of the employees. Ensure and arrange suitable training for the employees
Plan and implement investments for production equipment (i.e. machines automation tech. utilities for production media e.g. steam generation) as well as product specific tools and devices according to standards cp. R032 R041 R042 R043 S06 S08
Design and implement overall (cross product) factory processes e.g. by definition of production concept (e.g. line vs. job shop organization) design of plant layout (e.g. factory workplace) factory simulation (e.g. manufacturing and logistics processes ergonomics etc. or production process cost calculation according to lean principles and standards cp. M02 S05 S17 S18
Definition of standardized work chart standardized work combination table and job instruction sheet including standard times (e.g. by time studies) based on work instructions and according to standards
To make or update electrical drawing with equipment modification upgrading or development.
Responsible for mandrel and jig / control gauge control and management
Work & Cooperate project team to follow up / inspection / acceptance & do some trial for new tooling. Responsible for mandrel and jig control and management
Routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment
Install new equipment and try run
Troubleshoot and investigates equipment failures
Continuously improve equipment reliability take preventive action to maintain equipment in good condition
Communicate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and order spare parts
Make and review PM plan and working instruction
Planning and coordination of corrective and preventive maintenance
TPM Documentation according to equipment improvement new equipment setup daily maintenance work finding etc.
Support building modification or new infrastruction work.
Support new equipment setup or old system modification.
Support BU plants public facility equipment management work.
Finish other tasks which are arranged by Direct Leader.
Qualifications :
university degree preferably in automation mechanical or electrical engineering or engineering management or related discipline
5 or more years of professional experience in manufacturing and facility
comprehensive experience in rubber and plastic production processes
experience in the rollout of standards and/or strategic projects
3 or more years in a leadership position preferably in in a technical team with functional and disciplinary responsibility for other individuals
experience in working with international teams on production topics and understanding of foreign cultures
