Seeking Travel Aged Care Nurses to work a 4week Contract.

In this position youll coordinate and deliver evidencebased care tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident. Your focus will be on empowering residents to maintain independence and lead fulfilling lives to the best of their abilities. Serving as a role model and source of support for fellow staff members youll contribute to a collaborative and compassionate care environment.

Essentials:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 6months fulltime experience in an Aged Care Facility
- Current Police Check NDIS WWCC First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current Flu and COVID Vaccinations
- 3 reference checks from line managers
