About the role
Ambee seeks a Visual / Motion Designer to work closely with our marketing & sales teams. We are looking for someone willing to be responsible for creating maintaining and delivering exceptional visuals & motion graphics. If you want to witness exciting growth in your design career and are excited to work with a crossfunctional team then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create excellent pixelperfect visual designs for Ambee marketing collaterals including creatives icons illustrations and multimedia assets.
- Conceptualize and design visually engaging motion graphics animations and video content for various digital platforms.
- Storyboard and create compelling narratives to convey concepts and ideas.
- Analyse raw footage into a polished visually appealing and engaging video product.
- Create animated typography and text elements that complement and enhance the projects narrative.
- Collaborate with the product design team to create micro animations for Ambees product range.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of grid systems typography and color theory to create beautiful & meaningful visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design aligns with overall branding and messaging strategies.
- Work with the marketing & design team to maintain a consistent and appealing visual presence.
- Assist in the development of marketing & sales materials such as pitch decks emailers and social media posts.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Work with various teams internally to work on business goals including product sales tech and data science teams to develop and implement a thriving design language.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign AfterEffects) and Figma.
- A strong understanding of visual design principles like color theory grid systems composition layouts and typography.
- An understanding of animation principles.
- Keen attention to detail & a perfectionist with visual designs.
- Illustration & motion graphics skills are a heavy plus.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing work.
- Creative thinking and a passion for design.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Highly motivated dynamic and driven by passion.
