Key Responsibilities:
1. Frontend Development & Architecture
- Develop scalable highperformance web applications using React.js Next.js.
- Implement UI components with HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap and Angular Material.
- Ensure responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Utilize RxJS for reactive programming and efficient state management.
2. Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide junior developers ensuring best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Collaborate with designers backend developers and stakeholders.
3. Code Quality & Optimization
- Write clean maintainable and scalable code.
- Implement lazy loading code splitting and frontend performance optimizations.
- Follow security best practices in frontend development.
4. Version Control & Collaboration
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and branch management.
- Work in Agile/Scrum methodologies participating in sprint planning and standups.
5. Testing & Debugging
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application stability.
- Debug and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
6. Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies frameworks and trends.
- Advocate for new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency.
