Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone email chat)
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate product or service information
Process orders returns and exchanges
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and follow up when necessary
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities
Previous customer service experience (preferred)
Comfortable working in a remote environment with a flexible schedule
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
