Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and fill excel spreadsheets
Arrange travel and accommodation
Coordinating meetings conference calls and interview
Running errands
Assisting the owner in managing household and business successfully
Making businessrelated phone calls
Track business accounts and manage the household and other bills
2 years of experience working as a personal assistant
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Good phone etiquette
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
A proactive approach to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking skills
Must have a valid drivers license
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
