Job Description

Summer 2025

Title III Summer Enrichment Program

Teachers Rising Grades 38

8 positions total)

Qualifications:

  1. Valid Massachusetts teacher certification and SEI endorsement
  2. Willingness to implement WIDA Standards Statements
  3. Ability to relate /communicate effectively with teachers students parents and administrators.
  4. Monitor student safety on school premises and on school related field trips.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and score pre/post tests and write anecdotal evaluations.
  2. Participate in two staff development meetings.
  3. Implement standardsbased lessons using WIDA 2020 Standards and MA Curriculum Frameworks
  4. Complete planning logs for each session and maintain student attendance records.
  5. Perform other related activities as required.

Duration: Program Administration and Implementation 90 hours total to include the following:

Professional Planning Days June 17 & 18 5 hours each day).

20 days MondayThursday June 30 July 31 8:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m.

Salary: $37 an hour $3330.00 total

Funding Source: Title III Grant

**Please note: All positions are contingent upon student enrollment for summer programming.**
