DBT Architect with 10 years of handson experience in ETL and DBT tool Stakeholder management

Should have Customer focus understanding the customer define the problem and develop solutions through their eyes
Collaborative Approach work closely with colleagues to ensure alignment and champion the sharing of learning across teams

Mandatory Skills:
Handson experience with Data Models DB Performance tuning in PostgreSQL
Experience in implementing ETL processes specifically DBT with Jinja and automated Unit Tests
Best development practices
ETL processes using Informatica / DataStage is plus
Ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues to stakeholders
Banking experience is plus
Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills with specific attention to design and development
Experience in Kafka/MQ and Cloud Azure
Worked in agile env and actively involved in all agile ceremonies
