Job Description:
As the Bar Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your role will include managing bar staff creating enticing drink menus maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and driving the profitability of the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the bar.
- Recruit train and manage bar staff.
- Develop and implement creative drink menus.
- Manage inventory including ordering and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
- Monitor and manage the bars budget including sales and profitability.
- Organize and promote bar events and special offers.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the bar area.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of beverages including wines cocktails and spirits.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
