What Youll Do:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience through precise management of timing and quality of deliverables to our existing and newcomers customers
  • Manage the implementation of all relevant use cases programs and best practices to ensure maximal value our products and services bring to our customers
  • Build strong long lasting relationships with the technical and management teams and with Clevel executives.
  • Closely work with our strategic partners and our technical teams to provide our customers with the most innovative and costeffective solutions
  • Regularly attend business events and conferences to promote ProfiSea brand
  • Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates by participating in case studies testimonials or referrals
  • Track and report customer success activities in CRM
  • Report directly to CEO

About You:

  • 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management or Technical Account Management roles in B2B product or services
  • Experience working with or at startups/hightech companies
  • Demonstrated ability to work with technical Clevel executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Working experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot advantage
  • Experience of selling public cloud solutions like AWS/GCP/Azure a huge advantage
  • AWS cloud certificated advantage
