Job Description:
As the Senior Manager/Manager of Marketing you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will lead a dynamic team of marketers and collaborate closely with crossfunctional departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives including brand positioning product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Lead the creation of compelling marketing collateral including but not limited to advertisements website content social media posts email campaigns and sales materials.
- Oversee market research activities to identify consumer trends competitive landscapes and opportunities for innovation.
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance derive actionable insights and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across various channels including social media search engine optimization (SEO) payperclick (PPC) advertising and email marketing.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product roadmaps ensuring consistent messaging and customer value propositions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in marketing incorporating new ideas and methodologies into our strategies as appropriate.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows networking with key stakeholders and promoting our brands presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role ideally within the consumer electronics or technology sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans with a focus on digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data generate insights and make datadriven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problemsolving able to envision and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
