Requirements:

4 years of relevant recruitment experience
Building strong campus relationships
Demonstrated experience creating and executing a creative metrics driven consultative service oriented recruiting strategy
Handson experience with relevant social media conferences events and recruiting channels
Ability to collaborate and work crossfunctionally across various levels within the organization.
Ability to inspire others to achieve high standards and adapt to change in order to reach the desired result.
