We are so excited to be collaborating with a luxurious 5star hotel which is part of a prestigious group of hotels and event venues. Located near Cardiff they are looking for a passionate Senior Sous Chef to join the talented team in their banqueting kitchen.

- 15.72 per hour plus 2000 to 3000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef
- Creating a wide array of delicious dishes to be served to up to 1500 guests
- Working closely alongside the talented Head Chef to ensure consistently highquality dishes
- Going above and beyond to elevate your kitchen management and culinary skills
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
This presents a wonderful opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef who enjoys creating unforgettable culinary delights for large volumes of guests and wants to gain invaluable experience working for an excellent hotel group.
