Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic creative and performancedriven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing strategies with a proven track record in the Personal Care and amp; Beauty or FMCG sector. This role will focus on driving brand awareness customer acquisition product launches and campaign across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy and amp; Planning:
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives target audience and seasonal trends.
Campaign Management:
Plan execute and analyze performance of online and offline campaigns (including influencer marketing paid ads SEO email SMS and print).
Product Launches:
Coordinate and manage product gotomarket strategies ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Digital Marketing Oversight:
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize website traffic social media engagement paid campaigns and marketplace promotions.
Brand Building:
Strengthen brand positioning through storytelling content strategy packaging design feedback and PR initiatives.
Market Research and amp; Analysis:
Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Team Coordination:
Supervise and guide marketing team members freelancers and external agencies to ensure timely and quality .
Sales and amp; Performance Tracking:
Work closely with the sales and ecommerce team to track marketing ROI generate reports and optimize strategies.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (MBA preferred).
46 years of marketing experience preferably in the Personal Care D2C or FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of digital tools (Meta Ads Google Ads Analytics SEO Email Marketing etc..
Excellent communication creativity and project management skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Handson experience with brand building influencer campaigns and product positioning.
