What you will be doing:
- Work with clients large and small from a variety of industries across the country.
- Engage in all aspects of patent litigation including pleadings written discovery brief writing taking and defending depositions and court appearances.
Experience you will need:
- 67 years of patent litigation experience.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong legal research writing and analytical skills.
- Must be admitted in New York.
