Key Responsibilities:
Provide highquality primary care to senior patients.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations preventative care and management of chronic conditions.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for patients.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Oklahoma License
